The artificial-intelligence deployments built for our clients are hosted in France (with sovereign providers such as Scaleway, OVHcloud or Mistral) or directly on the client's servers, depending on the sensitivity of the data.
All content on this site (text, visual identity, code, illustrations) is the property of Helix, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited. The code of the HelixAI software is an exception: it is released under a free software license (see below).
HelixAI, the sovereign artificial-intelligence platform presented on this site, is free software published by the publisher of this site, under the trade name Helix (SIREN 994 907 145), who holds the copyright. It is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 (AGPL-3.0): anyone may use, study, modify and redistribute it, provided they publish the complete source code of their version under the same license, including when they offer it as a service over a network.
The software is provided without any warranty, to the extent permitted by law. A separate commercial license, to integrate HelixAI without opening your own code, can be granted on request at contact@helix-agence.fr. The Helix and HelixAI names and logos are not covered by the code license.
The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy. In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification and deletion of your data, exercisable at contact@helix-agence.fr.
This site does not use advertising tracking cookies. Any cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are described in the privacy policy.
